I forgot my password / Reset password

If you are a registered user and forgot your password simply click on the “forgot password” button, enter your email address and press send, this will send you a conformation email and you will need to click on the link in this email which provides you with a screen to replace your password

I did not receive an email after resetting my password

If the system recognised your email address, said it sent the email but you did not find the email then please

  • Check the spam folder in your email
  • Do a search for “eTownz” in your email
  • Try resetting your password again

If these to not resolve the issues please contact us using form below

I tried resetting my account but received the error ‘This account does not exist’

If you got this message you are note a registered user in the system. If your community is live on etownz and you are in the coordination team please contract your group leader or use the contact form below to message us

My community does not have a profile in the eTownz portal

There is an annual subscription fee to use the eTowznz dashboard suite of tools, if you are interested in getting this for your community please message us below.

My community is live and I want to create an account in the portal

eTownz provides backend access to small groups in each town aka “Town Coordinators”. If you are part of this team please chat to others in the group to invite you in or if no one has access, email [email protected] to resend access to the dashboard.
