Summary
Working with Carlow PPN, Council and Carlow Volunteer Centre we developed and delivered a tailored training programme related to local online communications, storytelling and smartphone video filming. We’ve developed a county digital communications plan and associated template for a community communications plan and worked with community volunteers to help deliver the programme locally.
